Health
I went to see the physio yesterday and booked an appointment for 10 days from now. I'm very glad to start the physio again because I can feel I'd need to start exercising again but I can't find the motivation to start on my own. My home workouts got so boring! And it is harder to get started again after a break anyway.
I've also been spending some time with Yolanda, my janitor and friend and it struck me that about a couple months ago there was a day I couldn't go out of the flat because I couldn't stand the idea of possibly facing her (or anyone). It seems like a distant memory of a nightmare. I'm so much better now. :)
Out and about
I went to the haberdashery to buy buttons for the second version of the puffy cardigan from "Féminin Masculin". I found brushed metal buttons that go great with the slate boiled wool I finally decided to use.
Crafting
I spent the afternoon working on that project (I finished it today). It's the thickest fabric I've ever sewn. I bought some stronger needles for the machine and it went smoothly. The shape in the back doesn't drape like on the first cardigan but sticks out funny, as I hoped. It's going to be a nice comfy jacket.
Music
I listened to the latest Android Lust, Mlada Fronta - Polygon, a random playlist for sewing and Nightmare Fortress in the evening.
