I'm doing okay! Taking it easy because the next two weeks are going to be packed with stuff to do and walking every day. If I survive, I can do anything! I'm leaving for Toulouse on Tuesday, getting tattooed on Wednesday, back home on Thursday, then going to see Cabaret Voltaire Sunday night. The week after, we're off to Brussels with Math to see Einstü Wednesday night, then there's Front242 in Paris Friday night and Youth Code on Saturday. Oof!
Perfume
For the past few days I wore either Black Orchid or La Myrrhe. :)
Music
On Friday I listened to my latest mixtape, which I found mildly depressing, so I switched to Cyanotic, then listened to Alva Noto, Fear Factory, Destroid and Lucy before going to bed.
On Saturday, Math and I listened to Architect, Mr.Kitty, Róisín Murphy, Binary Park and FKA Twigs. Haha, I showed Math some FKA Twigs video ("Papi Pacify" is my favourite) and I think Math is in love with her too now. :D
Photography
I took some photos with my bare arm to say goodbye (again, not an amputation, just a tattoo). It's weird, part of me is freaking out a little at the idea that both my arms are going to be tattooed. I like my pale skin too. Although the skin on my arm isn't too pretty (keratosis pilaris all over, ugh. I've been slapping urea lotion intensively these past months to make my skin as good as possible for the tattoo session.) I'm not having second thoughts, but I guess change is weird and this might be quite drastic. :D
Food
We run some small errands yesterday with Math, and decided to go have lunch at Cream (piadina and delllicious coffee). It's nice to be out and about, even though my leg is protesting a bit today. Clémentine came over for dinner and a movie, we had some nice dishes delivered by the fresh ethnic restaurant (for lack of a better word, since they make African, Chinese and Indian food, all pretty good).
We also drank whisky for World Whisky Day (Caol Ila 1998 and Big Peat from 2 years ago).
Watching
We watched OSS117 with Clémentine on Friday night. I hadn't see it before, and it was quite funny! We're watching the second one (which she said was even better) asap.
On Sunday we finished watching season 5 of Parks & Rec with Math. We started season 6 with Clémentine last night (the original plan was to watch a bootleg of Cabaret on Broadway with Alan Cumming and Emma Stone but we got a bit side tracked and it was pretty late when we were ready for it, so shorter stuff was better.) We finally saw Fonzie in Parks & Rec :D (and Kristen Bell!)
I also caught up on Grimm and Elementary.
Elementary D:
Grimm (MAJOR SPOILERS): I still don't think Kelly is dead? I mean, she got killed off screen, was very easy to kill apparently and the kid was totally unfazed. And I don't believe Juliette is dead. I mean, NO. The writers and Bitsie Tulloch gave interviews and were deliberately vague. I'll be SUPER PISSED if they have killed either Kelly or Juliette (or BOTH, UGH! Kill fucking Nick, he's the least interesting protagonist!) I'm not super interested with having Agent Chavez do a comeback either. Meh. Also, I loved Wu in that episode (first time we see him in action as a civilian) and I was so scared HE was going to die. But no, penises are safe, obviously.
Also, May is the anniversary month of Clémentine and I started working together and then becoming best friends. Here's us 3 years ago celebrating and us yesterday! :)
