Perfume

Today I wanted to wear something incensy so I took out my Bpal collection but turns out I haven't kept anything with a strong incense note because all of those I tried were backed up with patchouli and gave me a headache. So I ended up wearing Blood Popsicle, which was very nice, still! It had been a long time.

Listened to Alter Der Ruine – I Will Remember It All Differently this morning (I didn't use any of it on the mixtape simply because I couldn't pick a song, the album is just perfect as a whole – just like I was unable to pick a track from Mine. I was about to end the mixtape on the last Mine track, with the Comaduster vocals, but I ended up picking the True Det theme cover instead, because cutting Mine into pieces doesn't make any sense to me.)

Then I listenened to some Bhambhamhara to get things moving and went to have lunch with Clémentine at the other end of Paris. Listened to Wumpscut and Haujobb on my way.

Food

We had a gorgeous Lebanese lunch in a small restaurant that cooks a lot of things fresh. It was truly scrumptious! Then I walked back from Porte de Versailles to Saint Lazare. I listened to Cervello Elettronico and Destroid while walking. It was a nice walk in the sun, but not my favourite area of Paris (very posh, right wing party headquarters, all the fun).

Watching

We watched Hannibal last night. We're slowly getting started with season 1. We also listened to the OST by Brian Reitzell which is actually quite listenable, although I wish the different musical themes were more developed (they just go one after the other in a rather quick succession in every track – there is one track per episode), but the first season OST is already more than 2 hours long (2 CDS) so I guess that wasn't really feasible.
